Tommy Glanton, LCSW assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at SeaView in January 2022. With extensive experience in behavioral health, he brings a wealth of expertise in organizational leadership, program development, and community empowerment. Tommy’s journey with SeaView began in December 2017, initially as the Behavioral Health Director, before advancing to the role of Chief Clinical Officer. Throughout his tenure, Tommy has been pivotal in steering SeaView towards a robust strategic vision, expanding our continuum of care to address critical behavioral health needs within our community.
As a licensed clinical social worker and board-approved clinical supervisor, Tommy holds a master’s degree in Social Work and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. His clinical focus lies in trauma, attachment, and family systems, areas frequently intertwined with mental health and substance use disorders. He is deeply committed to offering trauma-informed care, providing individuals and families with a pathway from pain and fear to renewed hope and resilience.
In his capacity as CEO, Tommy is unwavering in his dedication to collaborating with the Governing Board and SeaView staff to ensure the delivery of top-tier behavioral health services that foster meaningful transformations in our community. For Tommy, leading SeaView isn’t just a job; it’s a calling—an honor he embraces as we embark on our 52nd year of service, continuing to make a positive impact on lives and relationships.
